Inspired by all my American cupcake baking friends making candy cane cupcakes over Christmas I made some myself for the Christmas Kraftbomb. They were such a hit I saved some candy canes so I could make them again after Christmas.
This lot were inhaled by Dan, Ayden, Paulie and Chris. My most loyal cupcake tasters and critics :-)

The frosting on these is amazing, I would love to know what tip you are using here, and how you did the red in the four points? Very effective!
you better believe that candy cane crap becomes poplar around xmas time. i made the most ridiculous peppermint cream angel food cake with chocolate ganache for some hag's bridge party in December.
