I had SO much fun creating these ultimate girlie girl cupcakes for a customer's daughter was turning 8. She was having a girl nail party for her special day and it was all about pink pink PINK!
I created a number 8 cake made from cupcakes - a mix of Jaffa with orange frosting and Vanilla with raspberry frosting - and an assortment of mini vanilla cupcakes.
Lots of pink, sprinkles and flowers!

oh city, these are beeeeeyouuuutiful! i guess i am a girly girl at heart but man those pink swirls are lovely.
I love the way you have made them look petal/flower like. What technique do you use to make the icing/frosting work that way?
