Carly is the biggest fan I know of banoffee pie so it seemed only fitting that for her 30th birthday I made her banoffee cupcakes. Banana cupcake with toffee bits topped with cream, toffee sauce and fresh banana slices. Yum!

my lovely cat Midget was put down today after the vet found he had a tumor on his bowel the size of 2 golf balls. I got him when I turned 18 and he has been a huge part of our family ever since. He had so much personallity and everyone who met him just loved him to bits.

He made it to 11 years old so he had a pretty good run
