I LOVE cupcakes!
Some people say its an obsession and maybe it is.
There is something about cupcakes, they are so dainty and cute, little works of art and unlike a cake where you share slices with everyone else, a cupcake is an individual treat, just for you. You don't have to share.
I've found the pic of the first batch of frog cupcakes I ever made. They started my cupcake obsession in the first place.
And a big thanks has to go to my friend Jane, who told me about a simple cupcake recipe she had. Her giving me that recipe started me on this journey and to this day its still the one I used 90% of the time :-)
